Adcap Relationship Managers do not answer calls
Hi

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction on how my Relationship Manager hasn't responded to any of my calls and emails. I app**** for debt review in 2013 AND was assigned Heidi Bekker as my Relationship Manager. I have been Paying an amount of R3750 as my monthly repayment plan, however on the 18th of last month I woke up to to a deduction of R3244.00 from Capitec from a loan I had with them. When I enquired from them why there was a deduction I was informed that Capitec hasn't been receiving payments since July 2015 .I was really shocked by this since I have been receiving my hyphen statement every month showing a payment to Capitec.I tried to get in touch with my Relationship Manager but nothing has happened yet ,I even sent her emails and she still hasn't responded.Im putting this complaint in public not to discredit ADCAP but I really need any representive from your company to respond to my queries.

Please assist and if possible can I please be reassigned to another Relationship Manager
Good day Mr. Nzama,
I tried to contact you but with no success.
Please note the following:
o Capitec Bank has been receiving payments monthly as stated on your PDA statement that you receive monthly. We will however contact Capitec Bank and request that they send us a detailed statement so we can make sure that all payments made have been allocated to the account on their side.
o In the beginning of the process we request consumers to close their current bank account and open a new savings account with a bank where there are no debt obligations. This is to prevent money grabbing by the creditors. Remember that according to most credit agreements the creditor has a right to apply set-off and deduct funds from your account if you are in default.
o The reason why Capitec Bank deducted funds from your account last month was due to the fact that your debt review payment for December was not made and therefore you are in default.
o The last e-mail you sent Heidi was on 18 February 2016 whereby you informed her that Capitec deducted funds from your account and that they are going to refund you.
....to be continued...
Best regards,
