ADCAP - Not cancelling Debt Review

We looked at Debt Review with Adcap in 2012/2013 Think we were with them for 1 month but then sold our house, paid our debt and cancelled with them. We know realise that they never cancelled our request. It is impossible to reach them on the phone. We can not apply for finance and this is 8 years later!!!!!
