Unfair dismissal

So I was employed at ADC contact solutions from the 22nd February until the 20th April and I was unfairly dismissed due to not being able to attend work from the 1st April to the 19th April because my baby was admitted into hospital due to having bronchitis and covid so wen I returned to work with all my documentation they told me I was removed from the register as per the client because I was not at work for more them 9 days but I did report the situation to my manager so now I've been asking them about my money which was not confirmed back to I've been contacting them everyday n still nothing I was not paid for my training which was the 22-25 February which was suppose to be paid out at the end of March and now I'm waiting for April money which is supposed to be from the 26th March to the 19th April which is supposed to be paid out today 30th April I've send a query to the person in charge but still there's no response so right now u have no clue as to what is going on this company is very bad seriously.
