Adbot should not be trusted

The worst experience I've ever had with any service provider. I have a large amount of funds sitting in my ad wallet for a business that no longer exists which they refuse to refund. Even though if you control your own Google Ads account you can easily get a refund simply by cancelling your account. After months of trying to sort it out eventually got a call from the CEO who said it's too much hassle to process a refund. But she'd spk to the team and get back to me. I've followed up numerous times since then and had no response. You're better off doing your ads yourself, or going through a less ***** company. Especially because when I looked at the the ads they set up for me the locations and info were wrong and there were multiple spelling errors, so just did them myself anyway.
