Pathetic Service

My wedding was on the 28/03/2015, I paid for the ring on the 06/03/15 and they said the ring would be delivered 7 days later. today is the 07/04/2015 and I am still waiting on my ring. <br> <br> This is really pathetic customer service and when I contact them, all they do is promise it will come the next day. I feel they have been giving me the run around...
