ADAPT AND COMPUTE MR TECKY ANRO KRUGER

am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Adapt Compute and its representative, Mr Anro Kruger (also known as Mr Tecky), regarding a highly unsatisfactory service experience that I recently encountered.

On Monday, 19th June 2023, I engaged the services of Adapt Compute by paying a deposit for web hosting, ad publishing, and the creation of a 1-page webpage along with the acquisition of a new domain. At the time of payment, I was assured that the work would be completed by the following Monday, which was a reasonable and acceptable timeline.

However, to my utmost disappointment, weeks passed, and the promised services remained undelivered. During this prolonged period, I received numerous assurances and excuses, leaving me with a growing sense of frustration and dissatisfaction. With nearly three weeks having elapsed, and no progress made, I expressed my unhappiness to Mr Anro Kruger, who identified himself as the "IT expert" at Adapt Compute.

Upon expressing my discontent and indicating my intent to take my business elsewhere, I was met with an appalling response from Mr Kruger. He resorted to threatening me, stating that he possessed detailed information about me, and went on to make explicit threats towards my father. This highly unprofessional and disturbing behavior escalated to the point where he directly warned me against taking any further action, implying severe consequences if I were to pursue a refund for the work not completed.

I have meticulously documented evidence, including saved conversations, of Mr Anro Kruger's menacing threats and attempts to intimidate me. His attitude towards me as a customer has been nothing short of revolting, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and ethical conduct.

To compound this issue, there appears to be a significant inconsistency regarding the name under which Adapt Compute operates. While Mr Kruger claims that he does not work for "Adapt Compute," the account details provided for payment were indeed associated with that business name. Furthermore, there exists a webpage displaying Mr Tecky's details and contact information, which raises concerns about the legitimacy and credibility of the services offered.

In light of the above circumstances, I urge you to take this complaint seriously and conduct a thorough investigation into the conduct of Mr Anro Kruger and the operations of Adapt Compute. Such behavior is not only damaging to the reputation of Adapt Compute but also poses a potential risk to other customers who may unknowingly fall victim to their ************ practices.

I seek a resolution to this matter in the form of a full refund for the services not rendered as initially promised. Additionally, I strongly urge Hello Peter to take appropriate actions to ensure that other consumers are safeguarded from such maltreatment and ********* practices.

Please find attached the evidence supporting my complaint for your review and consideration. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter, as the distress and frustration caused by this unfortunate experience have been considerable.
