Terrible service

I went to the store directly to the Bakery area and I asked the guy who was behind the counter named Yusuf which cake is that that I pointed to he proceeded to tell me it was a carrot cake which then I agreed and told him to take it out from the fridge and give it to me as I wanted to purchase it I went to the ladies in the front paid for the cake and went home when I went home I realise that it’s not a carrot cake and the bite that I’ve taken had some green on it so I went back to the store and I told the ladies that this is the story the guy in the back told me a carrot cake I purchased it I went home and when I went home it was not a carrot cake and it has some green stuff on it the lady behind the counter proceeded to call her boss in which he says there is nothing they can do. I told the ladies that I am at a loss because your staff does not know which item is which that you are selling And there is green stuff on the cake the staff tells me that the green stuff on the cake is icing from another cake mind you there is no green cakes in the store at the time . She then proceeded to tell me to leave the cake behind the one that I paid for and write my details down on a paper which I did she said she will contact me the same day but she didn’t now it’s the day after and I’m trying to contact them from the morning because again the cake that I paid R85 for is left in the store and I have no answers so now I’m at a loss of Because the staff does not know what they’re doing. I proceeded to even tell the lady behind the counter that I do not mind actually returning the cake and getting a carrot cake which is promised to me or even another cake that I will be happy with and nothing was done.
