Terrible Service

Good day,We paid for a extractor fan to be installed on 26/08/2014 amount R 21135.60, half of it was installed in January 2015 after I went to see the owner, however every time they come to install the unit there is another excuse or they don't have the correct parts for installation or they are waiting for the item. All I want is that they finish with the installation and be done with them. They always have excuses and deliver nothing. Their customer service is bad. I hope hello peter can assist with a better response.
