Adam and James hair colour
Such a terrible experience Firstly appointment was book for 10 in the chat but going there they changed the time My sister went to do her hair It's completely damaged She asked for ash blonde and it's extremel yellowish After multiplal communications she was told to come in She had virgin hair but because they did such a ****o **** job they accused her of having boxed dye and also that the staff could never do such a terrible job as well as the colour not being the same they said it's not there fault And also processed to say that we had showed them a different picture even though I told then to check the camras We won't be going back to fix it because all they did was attack the mistake instead if taking accountability Don't ever dye your hair for a price if 2000 something when the outcome is horrible

Owners terrible customer service
Staff is excellent owner is very rude. You get wrongfully accused and treated very badly by the owner. i was accused of making an appointment but nothing was done .the owner apologises for her rudeness then suddenly messages back with another rude message.
