Borehole ******

Adriaan Vermeulen from ADA Drilling put a borehole in for me during COVID lockdown 2019 while we were all working on our homes. He came through a personal recommendation but unfortunately proved to be extremely unreliable and dishonest. After installing the borehole, there was never an official yield test done, I had to force him to finally give me some very paltry chemical tests on the water which showed we have very hard water, and subsequently the hole collapsed and failed to give water on 3 different occasions because Adriaan and his team failed to sheath the hole correctly. Only after repeated phone calls and begging over weeks and months did Adriaan come out to inspect the hole, only to simply cut the pipe shorter, install a smaller pump and have the exact same problem occur a few months later.

No matter how many times I called and pleaded for a solution he eventually just ignored my calls, or would promise to come out only to never appear. I now have a completely defunct borehole with poor workmanship, substandard equipment and a hole that was originally drilled to 45m is now only 23m because of the numerous collapses due to Adriaan and his teams failure to correctly sleeve the hole.

This was an extremely disappointing experience bordering on the ******** and I would NEVER EVER recommend this company or these individuals to anyone. They are fly by night just looking to take your money up front and provide no warranty or follow through on their "work".
