Booking gone wrong

i made a booking with ad zone marketing in February for a 9 night stay at a hotel in umhlanga from the 1st of April till the 9th.i paid in full by credit card in February and received my booking guarantee. 4 days before departing to this hotel. I receive an e-mail from Viviene advising me that there has been a mess up with the booking which they booked through a satellite co named hotel beds [URL Removed] The reason they booked through hotel beds is because they earn more commission.adzone marketing then cancelled my booking because hotel beds said they could not accomadation us on Saturday the 4th. I was advised I can get a full refund or move to another hotel for 1 night.i knew I would be able to sort out. As we arrived at urban park hotel they managed to rotate the booking and there was no problem in staying with them..as of today I had to pay for the night of the 4th at urban and adzone refused to refund me. This apparently is not the first time adzone has done this. Beware..the urban park was fantastic. The staff were fantastic..they made the holiday. Thanks 3 cities you should be proud of your staff.
