Very Unprofessional and Rude Service from help desk

<p>I contacted Ad-hock Plumbers on 13 October 2016. The call was rather late and my plumbing problem was not super serious so I requested that a plumber come out on 14 October 2016. The lady at the help desk indicated that she will give me a call on the morning of the 14h of October 2016 to make further arrangements. I did not receive the call on 15 October though as promised. I had an operation and upon returning home noticed that the plumbing problem has not been resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequently i I called back on 24 October 2016. I explained politely that I previously called to make an arrangement for Ad-hock Plumbers to come to see to my plumbing problem for 14 October 2016, but that they never came. The lady assisting me was rather rude and asked me very sarcastically: "So, you only decide to follow up now". That is so unprofessional. I then explained that I was away for an operation to which she made snide comments to her colleagues. I had the fullest intention to make use of their services and was not upset - hence I called them back to reschedule. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend their service to anybody. It is disturbing that they think it is OK to talk to their customers in this way. </p>
