Worst service on the planet

Gave 30 day notice, handed one set of keys to the real estate agent selling the house and another to the Acutts agent 3 days later. The Refund was payable on the 22nd of April. On the 28th of April Acutts calls me to say they can't access the house with the remotes given back. But this was due to the body corporate fixing the gate. The money still has not been refunded and I was told this morning by the agent that despite moving out 2 days before month end because one set of keys was handed in late they have a right to charge me for the whole month. Worst attitude and worst service I have ever ever ever experienced. They refusensure to take accountability. They are unprofessional and if you can avoid using them. I sent numerous emails for them to fix various things in the house of which only 1 was addressed throughout my stay. If you want to feel like your business doesn't matter Call acutts
