Sale Done - Don't bother us anymore!!!

<p>We sold our house through Acutts Morningside Durban in December 2015. It had been on rent through them before that. Once the sale was done, I received another bill from the municipality for lights and water amounting to just over R2000. This was for usage up to just before the transfer went through i.e. when the house was still on rent. I contacted the agent via email and she responded saying that she will invoice the then tenant and get back to me. Didn't hear back from her for the next few months. Mailed again a few months later and she reacted as if it was something completely new and she had never heard of it before. Said she will get back to me. Another few months of sweet nothing so i called her this time and she asked me to send an email with all the details. Did so and nothing! Eventually sent an email saying i will be going to the Estate Agencies board - didn't phase her at all - no response! A year later, i realise that customer service means nothing once they have your money!!! Really disappointed!</p>
