rude agents

recently had a break in at my flat was totally astonished by the attitude displayed by the managing agents<br> no sympathy was shown by the agent , she told me I am liable for the damages that occurred due to the break in I then placed my noticed and I am still waiting to receive feedback about the deposit due to me.<br> when I called the agent today she was once again very rude and actually cut the call on me .<br> these agents act like they own the property, I also learned that all the other tenants receive the same rude attitude. something really has to be done this is unacceptable !
