Not paying Rentals as per agreement

<p>I have rented out my house in RIchards bay and the leasing agents asked that the telkom line not to be moved as tennants will need take it over</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 months the the line has not be taken over and I have cancelled and paid up the account the tennant has paid the fees to the agent however theagent has not paid this i to my account i have been wating since Septewmber 2016 for this amount to be paid to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The tenant has not been paying the municapality for the sewage and the refuse collection, to resolve this I have paid this and claimed it from the agents. The Tennants have been paying this to the agents however the agents are not paying this in to my account. there is not 5 months worth of outstanding fees due to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 5 months going on 6 since. I have sent numerous email following up with Rose and George with no feedback. After 4 months their responce has been they will resolve this soon as thay have had staff turnover. It has been a futher 2 months and still no payments. </p>
