Bad attitude and service

Keith is rude and expected me, the tenant to do his work for him. We paid R950 for a 'new' lease and got a semi completed one. This guy doesnt call, he emails. When i didnt respond to emails because i didnt see them he sends rude smses. I was late in sending back the lease, yes, life happens. I sent it though but didnt sign an empty page? Who signs an empty page. He was supposr to complete thw defects list and send it for me to initial with the 'newly' drafted lease.
