Acutts Hillcrest

Appalling service received from Lesley Lorimer of Acutts in Hillcrest. I have no Words to describe it infact. I responded to a listing of a property she uploaded and she took close to a week to respond after numerous calls, smss and whatsapps to her. I even called their office in Hillcrest and they said they'd relay the message for her to call me. She at some point after days of trying to reach her responded to me and said she was busy, she had a busy schedule. To get a date to view the said property was like pulling teeth. I had to constantly follow up with her. She eventually picked a date that unfortunately didn't suit us after availing ourselves all week. She was unbothered about trying to reschedule us. Always busy and unavailable. We ended up never viewing because her schedule just wouldn't allow it. Even after expressing how urgent our situation was in finding a place for the end of January . She never tried to accommodate us nor did she even seem vaguely interested. I'd never consider property through her as an agent or Acutts for that matter.
