Almost Two Months, Still No Delivery and Poor Communication

I placed my order on 13 July 2025, and to date, I have not received my products. The order has been stuck in customs, and it is now almost two months without any clear update.

I have sent several emails to the company. At one point, a representative rep****, requesting my order number, which I immediately provided. However, since then, I have not received any further response or assistance.

This lack of communication and support is very frustrating. I kindly request urgent feedback on the status of my order and urge the company to improve its customer service and communication with clients.
