horriblr ,tasteless service. ripoffs !!

Acucap are rip-offs!They are cheats!They bill/invoice one thing and then charge as they please !<br> Acucap does not follow proper business procedures!they DO NOT disclose<br> to clients and then do as they please with clients accounts and monies .<br> From being told rent is R5600 excl - R6384.00 incl.<br> We paid R12700 Deposit,.on a month free rental.When we got the bill of R7587.79.There was a disagreement with this , had a meeting with the manager and eventually moved out . We lodged a complaint,then were told that amount would be taken off our deposit,all this @ the end of July .<br> Imagine the shock we got when we enquired on when our balance of R5112.21 would be paid back ?as we had been told by the manager they would be paying that amount back in 3mnths ! <br> Now there's amounts that was NEVER on the invoice we received ! That's exactly the reason we moved out.Because one thing is said then something totally different is done!<br> Now our balance is R2001.00 WOW !! Now someone please !! anyone with common sense !!!!!!<br> This is not how business is conducted! This is a total ripoff ! <br> We were hardly @ the office . no geyser,no heater,no fridge - we were still setting up.We are not accepting this !
