Broken machines but have to pay triple the amount

I have been attending there gym in November 2025.my last gym session hasn't turn out so well in December.One of their machines was broken I couldn't go back to gym ,had to stay out of work a couple of times cause I got hurt.I enquired that just to find out my race is R4000rand without me attending the gym I even asked for cancelation .I only attended for 2 months .I have to pay my own doctors money for pain the continues pains in my back .
