Still getting there

First, I didn’t know that I needed more help, and wanted to know whether the support would understand my concerns. They do have a bit slow response times which was pretty hard when I was frantically searching for answers. They are devoted, and each time they did, the team was thorough and walked me step by step. But they were kind, which made a difference to me. And while it took me some time to feel more comfortable, I at least feel a bit more confident navigating the platform now.
