Just going through this platform, the way the support is organised is nice, theres a help centre with FAQs with articles attached that treat most of the issues a trader would encounter on this platform. The staff are also available 24/5 via various channels. It is also nice that the staff are patient and kind, A month ago, I had an issue that might seem like a waste of time to others but I dont joke with my money and had to make sure, so I hit them up on whatsapp and the staff was really patient with me.
