Average spreads low

Rule is: the more popular a pair is, the less spread is usually has. I am thinking of the sprads like this, because when you look at gold, you have lower spreads but some forex exotics or shares have wider spreads. but! BTC🥇 is the exception to this rule, because millions trade it everyday but spreads are catastrophic here😟 I am avoding it actually, because it is too volatile and moves quite fast, better to stick to gold which is slower i think.
