BO4 MP and blackout issues RSA

Thousands of South Africans are looking for answers as to why we having problems with the new game black ops 4. We spend so much money on the game and can't play it. Either 1. There are no servers to join and can't find a match for hours on end. 2. We get put into wrong servers and get a latency to high to enjoy the game and causes frustration and hate over the game. 3 . The game will randomly freeze on ps4 and give a blue screen with an error we need to report. 4. If we manage to find a game it takes for ever to start . All we want is a answer saying the issues are being reviewed and a ETA as to when it will be resolved
