Activison is hopeless

I bought cod , bo1 , cod bo 2, cod bo3 and cod advance warfare all the maps for it I use to play it offline for almost a year and then one day i wanted to play my offline maps and it didnt want to work anymore my maps didnt show offline and when i communicated with Activsion they told me it was a new policy that just came in so in otherwards i spent almost R3000 on my maps just not to be able to play offline i bought them so i can go lan with my friends with the offline maps but now I cant and the best part is Activision cant help me and yet they are rude even after i spent money by them ....is this their way of customer service seriously now im stuck with games that cant play offline ...this is so not right and will be taking this matter further....i either wnt my games to work or want a refund of the money i spent and will rather spend it elsewhere ....Activision is a waste of time just want your money and dont want to help you at all..........
