Activision Call of Duty Mobile - Algorithms caused a 10year ban for connection issues

Have been playing Call of Duty Mobile for quite some time and spent a fair amount on the game. Just got banned for 10 years and did absolutely nothing to deserve it. Had connection issues and it caused a ban. Want my account unbanned or a refund cause their algorithms are flawed and they are aware of it and do nothing about it. It is also impossible to get in touch, and they never respond to any mails regardless of where you send it to. They need to unban my account or at least review my concern
