ActivExperts bad service and support

We bought the software. Wanted to reload the software on another server and they mention you must email support to activate the software again. The reply was if you do not have the yearly maintenance activated, they cannot activate my 3 year old software that I bought, which is now unusable. So will not recommend the software for anyone.
