Pathetic

Sent incomplete order. No communication about it whatsoever. As soon as I received the parcel I sent an email. Promise to send the rest the following Monday. When given a new delivery address, Jan can't seem to follow simple instructions. Why would I have something delivered to an address that doesn't exist JAN??? Eventually just told JAN that they can keep the products that I PAID FOR. only later on Monday they wanted to know what my order *** is. Uhm hallo, that should have been your first question ⁉️ I don't like spending my money on pathetic service. Nevertheless, never heard from them again. I guess it's too much trouble for them to go the extra mile for paying customers.
