Great customer service

I would like to take this moment and show my appreciation to a lady by the name of Nelsa who took it upon herself to speed up the process so that i am connected at home(Fibre), due to no data i had to go to work just to make sure my work gets done as i could not work from home because i had no connection, im really glad that im now connected and thanks to Nelsa for a great service she has shown, she is a very dedicated employee of Active Fibre amd i rate her efforts 110%,thank you again.
