Ok WOW customer service at its highest degree. Active Fibre have been prompt, efficient, helpful ++++ Best customer service I've experienced in years... well done! First time Fibre user and I am so glad I've chosen them to be the ISP - 2 days since I've filled in the forms and paid and the router is here, line installed and all good to go.
