Active Fibre down during World Cup

Rugby World Cup and Active Fibre decides to be down. On the phone being first for first 10minutes, then again for 5 minutes, clearly there is no one at support that is actual suppose to provide support. So they devided to call me back and as predicted, their servers are down. Changing providers as this is this countries biggest game and you do this to us.
