Active fibre constant lags and high ping

Joining this ISP was good.and easy... But I have given up on gaming as it keeps lagging me out, my wife works from home and ahes really sad that I joined them.. I would really remove this bad review if the constant nagging from wife and kids would stop, about me joining active fibre... Please make the constant downs and lags stop.. I cannot reboot router and fibre box every 30 minutes just for it to work for 5 minutes... Bitter regret... When I call it is resolved for about a few hours and then back to square one...a resolution would be appreciated.
