Uber protecting identity of their ***** driver

<p>I forgot my jacket in a Uber taxi on the 20 July, Since then I have logged about 4 query on the help icon on the app requesting for assistance so I can get my jacket back however until date uber have not gotten back to me. I can't believe how low they have stoeped honestly. Am disgusyed and will definitely not be using UBER metered and *****ING taxi services. </p>
