Embarassing situation due to error on menu

This evening I went for sushi with my patner at Active Sushi in Bree Street. We wanted to share a platter which included a selection of 5 sushis for R119. The waiter told us that that platter was meant to be for one person even though the menu had no such restriction and this was clearly pointed out to him. We were surprised and yet proceeded to order. During our meal we were aggressively told to stop sharing from each other which was embarassing. We informed him that we wished to leave. He stated that he wanted his employer to come and see us which she eventually did after waiting for 20 mins without eating or drinking.
Very kindly she explained the same but admitted to the error/ommission on the menu and promised to have it brought up for correction in the next management meeting. She asked how she could help us for the evening and we mentioned that we would like to go home as it was most uncomfortable for us to remain in there.
She stated that she would do us a favour to have this meal be taken as a take away and were charged for all ordered as well as a glass of wine which we could not even enjoy and left untouched.
Very poor service and feel badly compromised.
