Poor assistance from Meet Mobile: Swim
I cancelled my original subscription so I could connect to my wife’s subscription on the family package. Only for the app to not allow me to delete my account and reopen. I have emailed and spoken to meet mobile who where of zero help and informed me there is nothing they can do unless my wife signs into my phone and downloads under her Apple ID. I asked how is it they are unable to delete my credentials off there system to which their response was it just isn’t possible. I find their reasoning and assistance extremely poor
