WE DONT PAY FOR SERVICES RENDERED

We are a micro enterprise and supply corporate gifts and clothing. Active Kids Nursery ordered some fleeces for the kids, which were to have their logo on. This was on 17 August 2015 - we ran back and forth to the nursery with embroidery samples, at our own expense.. in an effort to keep this client happy. They were exceptionally difficult to deal with complaining about the hue of the embroidery thread even though it was the colour of their logo... not wanting to pay our delivery fee even though we made several trips to accommodate them and keep them happy... we delivered the goods in good faith and were told they were perfect in the end.... however this school has not paid their invoice! it is now 5 months overdue - I have contacted Siphiwe with regards to payment and she has promised to pay it however clearly had no intention of doing so. This is totally ********* and I will be opening up a case of theft against them at the police station. I wouldn't want someone with these ethics looking after my children each day...
