WORST SERVICE EVER

I would like to relay my experience of purchasing from the online store, Active Kickzz. I purchased a shoe from Active Kickzz on 21 September 2021, and sent them proof of payment to their Whatsapp messenger number on *** . According to Active Kickzz website, delivery of the purchased items will take within 3-10 working days to deliver. However, despite giving consumers this expectation, and despite my numerous attempts at contacting them via email, Facebook and Instagram, I have not received any response from them and I have not received my shoes. For this reason, I saw a number on Facebook and corresponded with a guy who I don’t even have his name (as there is no name attached to the number) to please refund me the R1499.00 I paid into their account, but despite my numerous requests, they have not done so. This guy responded with lots of excuses and the most shocking excuse being that he is only an agent for Active Kickkzz and will send them an email too. I then told him “how is it possible that you an agent for a place and cannot have their contact details?” Hereafter he had no answers and as soon as I sent him my banking details to refund me, he has not rep**** to any of my messages. I have called the *** number for purposes of inquiring the status of my refund, but the phone just rings. This is despite their site saying that they offer assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I am concerned that this is not a legitimate company and would not want others to suffer the same fate. Please be wary of them and do not buy from them!! Once they have your money, they are really not responsive.
