Horrible service from active kickzz

Absolutely disappointed with the service provided, placed my order a week ago, still have not received my order or confirmation the order was dispatched ,I have send numerous DMS on Instagram and tried calling no one gets back to you. When requested the wayill they tell you they will send it but don't and do not get back to you. Horrible service and I still have not received my shoes yet I paid for it. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from them
