EXCELLENT SERVICE

I have been purchasing from Active Kickzz since they started, and I have never had bad service or late delivery. I have been reading these bad comments, and one thing you people must remember, read their T&C - 7 days to complain, not 8-30 days, cause then you have worn the product already, you can't come and give bad reviews and bring down a small business just because you have worn the shoes and all of a sudden decide you don't want it and want your money back - be realistic and human - also remember, as soon as they leave the parcels with the couriers, it is out of their hands, that the reason why they allow for extra delivery time. Hello Peter should also first investigate if these allegations are true, and not just allow people to post what they want. Small business are already struggling to pick-up after COVID, now they must deal with cheap skate, unreasonable, selfish clients. Active Kickzz - Thank you for your excellent services good quality products and always replying to your message when there are queries.
