We started conversating with them on 30 September 2022 to order a combo shoe special (Jordans) for the price of R2100.00. They immediately responded to our chats that they have the shoes and their banking details. They would have sent the shoes the following week, meaning 1st week in October 2022. I have been contacting them on a daily basis since the 2nd week in October and they have been ghosting me since then. I did not receive my shoes yet, and they are not answering me or my daughter. They are currently advertising black friday specials but still they dont answer me. They do however respond to other people's dms as I have asked quite a couple of other people to dm them and they do respond. Today, 23 November 2022, I still did not hear a word from them and we are sitting with a loss of R2100.00. Someone asked them if they could have their address to pick up, and they said that they are only online. I see on a daily basis how they post on instagram but they dont respond to my messages. So I dont even want to give them one star, they are not reliable.
