Active kickzz bad service

I've ordered 4 pairs of Takkies at Active kickzz 12 December 2021 and still waiting on my orders they told me it will be delivered in this week which is now 20 January 2022 they send me tracking numbers and said it will be delivered and now that I ask again I don't get any response the person told me I will get my order on Monday today is Thursday and still nothing
