Despicable service

<p>Firstly after waiting 3 weeks for a rep. to get in contact with me which never happened I had to call back and ask again when a rep was going to come out to see me; 1 week later rep calls; sets up appointment. 3pm appointment set.. at 3:35 I call rep to find out where He is... only to find out he's still leaving another place that's at least 45mins away. At 5pm rep calls to tell me he's still 20 minutes away and if we can reschedule! Please note this is just to take measurements.. still had to leave work again another day for them to come fitvthe glass on my window. Finally i called the manager/ owner who wasn't the least bit apologetic or accommodating. Most disgusting service I've ever encounted....complete waste of my time and energy... Glasfit within 3 days appointment set.. glass measured and fit on site. </p> <p> </p>
