Recommendation: Active Factory

Had a toilet seat and lid custom made by Active Factory (Centurion), after no one in South Africa could supply me with the special form & size required (for an imported toilet unit). They supp**** both, but the seat showed a paint blemish after about 4 months. Active Factory at 1st offered to repaint the seat for free after I contacted them, but when I collected, they actually fully replaced the seat with a newly manufactured seat. Outstanding after sales service received and definitely to be recommended ! Thanks to Luke, Brad and team.
