I was charged for a job NOT done

I took my car in for a clutch kit replacement, A few days later I was told more work needs to Be done so the car stayed longer. Upon collection, non of the changed parts were in the my car, I managed to drive it all the way home but the next day, the car was no longer moving. I have since been without a car for over 3 weeks and no emergency contact details for the supplier.
