General Enquiry

I needed to obtain expander bolts for a specific toilet seat and called every known plumbing place, hardware store in the JHB area with no luck and was finally referred to Active Blue maybe they were able to assist , firstly no website or a landline number , only a Cellphone number I phoned a few times and then only to try and leave a voice message to as I was desperate in finding the part , only to be finally contacted back by ? Only to be told if you phoned 3 times , not to contact myself further after 3 attempts and the guy /owner or who ever he was just couldn't be bothered to find out why I had called so many times , and hang up without enquiry why I called etc .... Bad Attitude / Customer Service and lost a potential sale if he did have it in stock . Worst of all he had no alternative channels contact to Active Blue Trading. I have to note a star , I wouldn't even note one , not deserving of even one star !!
