I bought a BMW 118 sport mid August 2019 from ACTIVE AUTO Shortly after I bought the car I started experiencing some problems in less than three months. 1.Car was slow in particular on steepy roadways 2.There was noise when engine is started 3.Regassing of air con 4.Worn out brake pads

First time I took the car in the car,air con was sorted and brake pads were sorted out except the issue of speed and engine noise. I was told to book in the car as they will need 2-3 days to fix it so that he can buy car parts in time as it was around December time. I booked the car for 3rd of January 2020 On the 30th December my car was brought towed in as the engine was not switching on. My car has since been brought in since then till today.Everyday I get a new story about various problems in the car. When I bought the car Hanelie (sales consultant) who sold me that car suggested that I sell the car and change it within a month,this got me wondering why cos no one can buy a car then within a month they change it. I now realize that she know that I was inheriting problems that existed in a car.My car has been at the dealership for repairs till now for 5 months.

Its now 5months since my car has been there and I haven't been able to work as my work requires a car .They are hardly responding to my emails.

I urgently need help with this matter please.
