Overcharged and shoddy work done

My Partner called them for a quote which he was told a call out fee would be R400. We only were charged overall of R1600. My boyfriend explained that we only have one decoder and we were charged for duel view which we don't intended on getting. I then called the company left a message called back again Monday to speak to the receptionist to fix the issue she said she would call me back np problem. Not only is the work done horribly uneven hole wall and didn't even bother to clean or glue the wiring properly. I am disappointed and we have been overcharged. I have photos of proof and emails. And yet no one calls me back or replys to my emails. I don't want a refund but some reimbur*****t will fine. not happy with you action tv.
