Disgraceful company

<p>i have sent the same email to numerous people and only one response to say that the email was delivered to the incorrect part of the company. it is disguting how this company just replys to no emails what so ever.</p> <p>the email goes as follows:</p> <p>Friday night, 29th April 2016, Charles(driver) and myself were in an small bumper bash.</p> <p>Your tow trucks were standing at the corner at the robot when it happened. There was an issue between the driver that hit us and myself when I called my ex-husband(Kobuan). Upon Kobuan’s arrival, your driver by the name of Danie came to the vehicles as a witness.</p> <p>Kobuan was unaware of this and said to him that a tow truck was not needed. Danie then started screaming at Kobuan asking him if he had an attitude and repeated the question while he was taking off his jacket at the same time. I said to them both that there was no need for a fight, Danie was a witness and Kobuan was there to help. Kobuan then apologised to your driver but Danie asked him again if he had an attitude with him and began pushing Kobuan around.</p> <p>I stood between them and I asked your driver three times to please keep calm and that we are not looking for trouble. He then moved around me and pushed Kobuan once again. Charles was afraid I might get hit so he stood infront of me. When he did this, Danie pushed Charles with quite a bit of force. Charles was pushed up against me and I fell up against Kobuan, in this process I had been hurt.</p> <p> </p> <p>Charles moved me out of the was to see if I was fine, when at the same time your driver, Danie, punched Kobuan right in the face, put his jacket back on and walked away.</p> <p>Danie was not alone though, there were four other gentlemen with him waiting for us to fight back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before the police got there I saw him throw a bottle over the vehicle he was driving. When I got closer I saw it was a black label bottle.</p> <p>When the cops got there I reported it, we walked with the police to your drivers to identify them. After identifying Danie as the gentleman that had assaulted us the then threatened us by saying that the next time he sees us he will make sure he puts us in hospital.</p> <p> </p> <p>I now need to go see the doctor, which I have no medical aid and I cannot afford to go see a doctor, for the force your driver had to push someone into me.</p> <p>In this whole incident we were unable to get the relevant documents we need from the driver that drove into us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know, what would have happened if he pushed on of us in front of a car? What if one of us was badly injured in his assault?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like you to take action with this driver as it was unnecessary for him to get aggressive.</p> <p> </p> <p>i wouldn't recommend this company for anything if this is how their empoyees behave.</p>
