Unhappy and disappointed customer

On the 28th March 2026 at 18:51 my brother In law used my bank card to swipe at Eldorado Park Bsection liquor store my battery was flat and I couldnt see the amount which went off so he was help by the shop owners colleague I spoke to Aunt Beulah and was told that the will refund me the amount which they were supposed to take was 78 rand for 3 beers and her colleagues make a mistake but putting 770 rand yesterday 31st March 2026 I spoke to Chadwin and was told the money will only clear today and they will refund me today 1st April I have send my banking details to both Beulah and Chadwin thinking I will get my money back apparently Beulah gave me attitude and told me she didn't make the mistake and I mustn't put pressure on her she refuse to refund my money and told me I have to take it up with the bank I have send her proof that they made the mistake and we didn't get a receipt for the 3 beers which cost 78 I called the bank and they actually want the receipt for 78 Beulah refuse to help so what service is she providing to all customer.

I am very disappointed and frustrated as a shop owner you need to take of this into consideration
